The new structure at the tip of one of the wave breakers in Elsinone North Harbour serves both as shelter, viewing platform and service facility for the yacht harbour. The facade facing the sea is tilted to withstand large waves crashing on to the pier, while the more sheltered side towards the city centre is partly clad with wood panels, and has integrated seating.
